To measure waist
Wear the appropriate pants that the belt will be used for.
Use a soft dress makers measuring tape, pull the tape through the pant loops and take note of the size where they meet.
For example the tape measures 92cm, then you will need a size 95cm. If you are not sure always go to the next size up.
Sizes are from 60cm to 130cm with increments of 5cm.
